Swarm has raised 0 outside money from VCs. Nor has it allocated any tokens to a pre-sale. Swarm is being bootstrapped by a small team that each come from a combination of crypto and ai. We are working on the Swarm token to be a true fair launch, and only give allocation to actual users.
